Services
On top of all the basics, our advanced diagnostic capabilities mean fewer trips to a specialist for you and your pet. A sampling of the veterinary care we offer:
-
Annual vaccinations, parasite screens (don’t forget that fecal sample!) blood tests, FELV/FIV tests, parasite prevention, nail trims, comprehensive veterinary care for puppies and kittens- set your furry family up for success!
-
We save same-day appointments for sick pets. When we’re open, we’re happy to provide veterinary urgent care.. If your pet needs an animal emergency clinic, we can at least assess your pet’s needs, do what we can, and guide you through the process. We can send medical records to animal ERs, greatly helping them provide your pet necessary care.
-
There are so many reasons to spay or neuter your pet. Ask us about special deals we may be offering for pets under 12 months old!
-
Dental Care is so important. That's why we recommend annual dentistry procedures starting at the age of four for every cat or dog. That's why we take full mouth x-rays at every dentistry. That's why you should be brushing your pet's teeth! (If you can't, ask us about other options that can help!)
-
In addition to dental and orthopedic surgery, we also offer surgical intervention for eye issues, foreign bodies, and so much more.
-
First, we’ll perform an orthopedic assessment during a physical exam. Then, we’ll make our recommendation. We provide a number of orthopedic surgeries right here in house.
-
Right here in the hospital, we have the capacity to run a battery of tests with our in house laboratory. Up-to-date machines and cutting-edge technology empower our team to know the details - fast. Let’s get to the bottom of it!
-
Abdominal ultrasounds and radiology - getting a look under the surface. X-rays are a great place to start. These tools help us discern and rule out many possible causes of your pet’s symptoms.
-
Between Dandy Acres and our sister hospital Easthaven, we offer full cardiac workups, including cardiac echoes for your dog or cat, with board certified cardiologist, and little to no waitlist!
-
Behavior issues can be frustrating and worrying — and they deserve a thoughtful response. We start by making sure nothing physical is driving the problem, and when more support is needed, Dr. Weeg, our certified behavior specialist, offers in-depth consultations.
-
Laser therapy uses targeted light energy to reduce pain, speed healing, and support joint health — a gentle, non-invasive option for pets recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions. We include a complimentary laser session for each surgery patient.
-
What if the most effective thing your vet could prescribe was dinner? Prescription diets formulated for specific health conditions are some of our favorite tools — and some of the most effective ones we have. From weight management to kidney support to urinary health, there's likely a diet designed for exactly what your pet needs. Fun fact: there's even a food specifically formulated to help cats avoid urinary crystals. Who knew the right kibble could do so much?
-
Does your pet get anxious at the vet? Honestly, who can blame them? That's exactly why we offer happy visits — no appointment necessary, no pokes, just friendly faces, gentle hands, and a truly embarrassing amount of treats. The goal is simple: help your pet learn that coming here is actually a good thing. We don't require an appointment, but a quick heads-up is always appreciated.

Some seasons of pet ownership are harder than others. When your pet needs end-of-life care, our doctors focus on keeping them comfortable, managing their pain, and preserving their quality of life — so the time you have together stays full of the good stuff.
-
There's no harder moment in pet ownership, and we don't take lightly the trust you place in us when it arrives. We'll guide you through the process with honesty and compassion, and when the time comes, we'll make sure your pet is surrounded by gentleness and love. You'll have all the time and space you need to say goodbye.
